Domain Research Suite Terms

These additional domain research suite (the “DRS”) terms cover are in addition to the Whois API Terms of Service, and hereby incorporate such Terms of Service by reference. Should any conflict arise between these DRS terms and any definitive contract and/or licensing terms covering your use, said definitive contract and/or licensing terms shall control. Should any conflict arise between these DRS terms and the Whois API Terms of Service, these DRS terms shall control, but solely with respect to the matters expressly covered herein.

For the avoidance of doubt, the DRS services fall under the definitions of “Services”, as that term is used within the Whois API Terms of Service.



DRS Pricing


DRS Credits

DRS use is priced in DRS credit units (“DRS Credits”). Current pricing can be found here and may be amended from time-to-time by Whois API without notice: https://drs.whoisxmlapi.com/pricing.

DRS Credits shall have no cash value, are non-refundable, and are non-transferable. Failure to use DRS credits within _____ of their purchase may result in their expiration.


DRS Operations Costs

DRS operations each have an assigned cost (the “Credit Cost”). Current Credit Costs can be found here and may be amended from time-to-time by Whois API without notice: https://drs.whoisxmlapi.com/pricing.



Use Restrictions

You agree not to provide any third-party with your DRS account credentials or otherwise allow any third-party to access your account. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring using your DRS credentials. You shall not make DRS functionality available to any third-party.

This clause does not in any way limit any of the use restrictions contained in the Whois API Terms of Service.
